Registration: Registration is firm and binding upon payment of a fixed deposit of €1,500, subject to availability.

Balance: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 calendar days before the start date.

No right of withdrawal: Under Article L.221-28 (12°) of the French Consumer Code, no statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies, as the masterclass is provided on fixed dates.

Cancellation by the Participant (before the start date):
– More than 40 days before: €200 retained, €1,300 refunded
– Between 40 and 29 days before: €800 retained, €700 refunded
– Less than 29 days before: the full deposit (€1,500) is retained

After the start: Any cancellation, withdrawal, or interruption after the start results in the retention of all amounts paid, except in cases of force majeure as defined under French law.

Data Controller: Atelier Pigment is the data controller for personal data collected in connection with masterclass registrations.

Data Collected: We collect only the data strictly necessary to manage your registration and participation (identity, contact details, payment and logistical information).

Purpose: Your data is used to manage registrations and payments, organise and deliver the masterclass, comply with legal and accounting obligations, and send information about future masterclasses where permitted.

Legal Basis: Processing is based on the performance of the contract, legal obligations, Atelier Pigment’s legitimate interests, and your consent where required.

Data Sharing: Your data may be shared with trusted service providers strictly necessary for the service (such as Stripe and Kajabi). We never sell personal data.
